Who We Help
Life of Your Own's objectives and activities have been focused on helping people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and high support needs have a valued and inclusive lifestyle in their local community.
Our office base is in Crowborough, East Sussex, and we work with and help support people living in the geographical South-East and include areas of Kent, East Sussex and the London borough of Lambeth.
We regularly travel to Local, Regional and National conferences, seminars and workshops.
We offer Direct and added value service provision, Information, Advice and Advocacy responding to email, telephone and face to face requests for help for people in need.
